LIVING AREA

The secondfloor living room has incredible water views, plush seating, and a 50 TV. Light the fireplace on a chilly night, or step out onto the breezy deck.

This floor also includes a separate den with comfortable seating and a TV.

The third level of the home includes a game room and bar, complete with a 55 TV and shuffleboard table.

KITCHEN amp DINING

The spacious, openconcept kitchen comes fully equipped with a center island, wine fridge, double oven, and a SubZero fridge.

Have a snack at the bar with seating for six, or sit down to a big feast at the 10person dining table.

This threestory home sleeps 14 guests in six bedrooms.

The primary suite features a king bed and has direct patio access. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, separate water closet, walkin closet, and a walkin shower.

The second bedroom also has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with tubshower combination.

Upstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and the ensuite bathroom has a walkin shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, walkin closet, and a tubshower combination. The fifth bedroom has two twinsize beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walkin shower. This fifth bathroom can be accessed via the game room.

On the ground floor, the private sixth bedroom has two twinoverqueen bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walkin shower.

A half bath off the living room provides added convenience.
