Youll also have sit down views of Catalina Island and the shoreline from Newport Pier to the Huntington Beach pier.

The first floor sports a modern kitchen with everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. 5 hightop stools at the kitchen island plus an inside dining table ensure that everyone can eat together inside if desired.

The kitchen is next to a beautiful living room with floor to ceiling access to the beautiful front patio. The living room has a generous seating cluster from which to enjoy the view and the large wallmounted flat screen TV. There is also a halfbathroom on the first floor. The living room fireplace is nonoperational.

The 2nd floor king master bedroom sports a beautiful view, its own balcony, a large flatscreen TV, and a fireplace. It has a beautiful en suite bath with a large walkin shower and a 2sink vanity. And of course, all bed and bathrooms are outfitted with premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

There are also 2 other bedrooms on the 2nd floor they share a small balcony and a bath with a walkin shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 4 twin beds, so this home sleeps 8 in total.

Additional amenities include 2car garage parking, plus an additional space behind the garage, a washer and dryer in the garage, WIFI and cable, and air conditioning.

This home is equipped with decibel readers throughout the house and outdoor areas as required by local city noise ordinance. Newport Beach is a 3 Night Minimum rental city. Rooftop ceiling heaters are not available at this time.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy andor parties. Deposit forfeitures andor evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
