Request the free, ondemand shuttle to the Telluride Ski Resort and all the shops and restaurants in the Mountain Village core, which is only a few minutes away. From there, you can easily take the free gondola into the town of Telluride. When there is heavy snow, you can ski to the bottom of the Chondola lift right from the downstairs mudroom, where you'll find storage for your skis and snowboards. The location provides a ton of privacy without the inconvenience of being too far away. After a day on the slopes, come back to snuggle up next to one of the home's three fireplaces. Kick back to watch your favorite Netflix and cable shows on the family room's TV. The theater room has a large screen and comfy furnishings for movie nights with friends.

This home is nestled off a quiet street in Mountain Village, with lots of fun activities for everyone. Should you watch the golfers play through, go for a soak in the private hot tub, cozy up next to the outdoor firepit, or play a game of billiards Whatever you do, follow it up with a tasty meal prepared in the wellappointed and equipped kitchen with new appliances, including a sixburner cooktop and two refrigerators. Right off the kitchen, you'll find a large deck with a grill and outdoor seating for those alfresco meals, and downstairs, there is a large laundry room with a minifridge. The patio boasts the firepit and the private hot tub, ideal after a refreshing day on the slopes. There are TVs and workspaces in four bedrooms and the bunk room, and the loft includes additional space for stretching and floor exercises.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, coffee, and snacks! However you choose to spend your time in the incredible townhouse, we're confident you'll love it.
