A family BBQ by the pool will be a breeze on the gas grill. A sand volleyball court is also available for fun play and an outdoor shower/changing area is convenient for quick cleanup. The first of six bedrooms is located on the first floor with two sets of bunk beds and its own private bath. On the second floor, you will find four more main bedrooms, all with king-size beds, private full baths, and flatscreen HDTVs with Blu-ray players. Each of the second-level bedrooms has its own access to the second-level deck featuring breathtaking views of the ocean. Just imagine falling asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach right outside your door. Located on the top floor is a huge main suite with a king-size bed and its own oceanfront private deck access. Step outside to watch for shooting stars or listen to some relaxing music from the top deck area while you watch the waves roll into the shoreline. Enjoy your morning coffee, while the sun rises over the sparkling blue Atlantic Ocean from the wall of windows in the spacious great room on the main level floor. A commercial ice maker and commercial six-burner gas grill with a griddle, two dishwashers, and a wine/beverage cooler is just a start. You will find a huge gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops that will provide you with everything you could dream of for preparing those special family meals together. The dining room has plenty of seating for the entire family. The great room features a stone fireplace topped with a large flatscreen HDTV and Blu-ray player, great for watching all your favorite shows and movies! Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
