You'll be treated to three floors of modern style, upscale finishes, and high-end appliances. Ride the elevator up to the second or third floors and step out onto one of the oversized decks overlooking the balcony. There's more than enough room for the whole group to spread out and appreciate indoor-outdoor living. Natural light abounds in the spacious open living area thanks to walls of picture windows. In the evenings, you can turn on the electric fireplace for ambience and kickback with a show streaming on the smart TV. Guests with a healthy appetite for competition can while the hours away in the rec room equipped with a full-size pool table. Things to Know Streaming is available using your own accounts. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
