Past the famous Oasis Restaurant and only 25 minutes from downtown Austin, you will find this incredible estate. Immediately, you are greeted with an expansive view of Lake Travis. This home is truly special with world-famous Lake Travis Sunsets. The modern rustic style and finishes create a cool “Austin” space for gathering with friends and family. This 2-level property offers so much to entertain your group from the media room upstairs to the indoor game room downstairs with a pool table and couch for relaxing. Step outside to the expansive pool area complete with a hot tub, lounge areas, and shuffleboard table. The lake has a floating party dock. This property is regularly set for 16 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 22 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

CLEANING STANDARDS: ABOVE follows rigorous standards using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols with increased attention to heavily trafficked and high touch areas.
