Welcome to the Sapphire Estate on Lake Austin by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This expansive, single-story, lakefront property is a custom-built home that features luxe finishes. The expansive grounds have a private beach on Lake Austin. Enjoy a swim or sit in the Adirondack chairs in the sand. There is a lake cabin that opens the living area and kitchen to a deck right on the water's edge. The negative-edge pool enjoys a view of the large lawn and lake. Grill and dine on the patio or sit by the fireplace to enjoy the sunset on the lake. The chef's kitchen serves a beautiful dining room with those stunning views. This home includes a home gym and office. This property is regularly set for 12 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 18 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. -30 DAY MIN- All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
